Crustomix WV is a premix for the preparation of crispy waffles with excellent quality.
Recipe
Crustomix WV 1000 g
Water 1320 g
Melted Butter/ Vegetable Oil 220 g
Method
1. Place water and Crustomix WV to the bowl, mix well without lumps.
2. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Then add melted butter or Vegetable oil.
3. Mix again until the butter & oil disperse well. Keep the batter for 10 – 45 minutes.
4. Preheat the machine to prescribed temperature.
5. Pour batter to the individual mould (s) in the waffle machine.
6. Bake as specified.
