Crustophee DC 100	1000g
Water	100g
Vegetable oil	300g
Eggs	500g
Chopped Dates	150g
Split cashew nuts	50g
1. Place water, eggs and Crustophee DC 100 in a mixing bowl. 
2. Mix with a pedal attachment (flat blade) at slow speed for 1 minute. 
3. Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
4. Mix again at medium speed for 5 minutes. 
5. Add Vegetable oil and mix at slow speed for 1 minute or until the oil folds well.
6. Add in the chopped dates and split cashew nuts and mix manually until mixed well. 
7. Scale as required into greased pan. 
8. Bake as specified.
Baking Temperature : 170oC, Baking Time : 35-40 minutes / until baked well.
