Egg 500 g (10 – 12 nos)
Water 240 g
Vegetable Oil 50 g
Crustogel (Cake gel)* 10 – 20 g
Crustoforest Dark Magic
1. Place egg, water, Crustogel (Cake Gel) and Crustoforest Dark Magic in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix with a whisk attachment on low speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
4. Mix again on high speed for 4-5 minutes.
5. Add vegetable oil and mix on low speed for 1-2 minutes / until the oil folds well.
6. Bake as specified.
Baking Temperature : 165-170 C, Baking Time : 40-45 minutes / Until baked well.
