Crustoforest B 100 1000 g
Egg 500 g
Water 240 g
Vegetable Oil 50 g
1. Place water, egg and Crustoforest B100 in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix with a whisk attachment on low speed for 1 minute.
Scrape down the sides and centre of the bowl to facilitate even mixing.
3. Mix on high speed for 4-5 minutes.
4. Add vegetable oil and mix on low speed for 1 minute/ until the oil folds well.
5. Scale as required in to greased pans.
6. Bake as specified.
Baking Temperature : 160-170oC, Baking Time : 35-40 minutes / until baked well.
