Crustoffin TT 100 is a multipurpose mix for making egg free cupcakes and bar cakes.
Crustoffin TT 1000 1000 g
Water 450 g
Vegetable Oil 120 g
1. Place water, oil and Crustoffin TT 1000 in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix by using a pedal attachment (flat blade) on low speed for 1-2 minutes.
3. Scrape the sides and centre of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
4. Mix again on medium speed for 5 minutes.
5. Scale as required into greased moulds / cups.
6. Bake as specified.
Baking Temperature: 180oC, Baking Time: 20 minutes for Muffins & 35 – 40 minutes for Cakes / until baked well.
