Crustoforest RB 1000- Orange

Crustoforest RB 1000- Orange is a ready mix for the preparation of egg free sponge cake of orange colour present in the rainbow. It offers cake of good volume, excellent texture, unique flavour and colour. It is suitable for egg free rainbow forest pastries also.

Recipe

Crustoforest RB 1000-Orange 1000 g
Water 600 g
Oil 100 g

Method

1. Place Crustoforest RB 1000-Orange and water in the mixing bowl. Mix with a whisk on low speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down the batter. Mix again on high speed for 5 minutes.
3. Scrape down the batter. Add oil and mix on low speed for 1 minute / until the oil folds well.
4. Scale as required in to a greased pan.
5. Bake as specified.

Baking Temperature : 160-170oC, Baking Time : 35-40 minutes / until baked well.
Cut the cakes as layers, arrange the different coloured layers typical to Rainbow.
