Crustozyme BF Premium 0.3 is a bromate free premium quality improver for bread varieties. It improves water absorption of flour, dough machinability, fermentation tolerance and significant improvement in all bread quality parameters.
The recommended dosage is 0.2 to 0.25% of flour weight (20 to 25gm per 10kg of flour)
Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. Close the bag / container properly air tight once opened.
