CRUSTOSTARD HC 50 is a hot custard powder, suitable for the preparation of fillings and desserts of excellent quality.
CRUSTOSTARD HC50 100 g
Sugar 200 g
Milk 2000ml
Take the required quantity of custard powder in a cup or bowl. Add a few of milk from the total quantity and make a paste.
Boil the remaining quantity of milk after adding the sugar.
Add the custard paste slowly to the boiled milk and mix well. Boil again for 2 – 3 minutes. Keep stirring.
Cool down to room temperature.
Chill if required.
