Recipe

Chilled Water (<8C) 1250 – 1500 ml
CRUSTOCREAM WP 1000 g
Colour & flavour can be added ac

Method

Disperse the Crustocream WP in chilled water.
Whip at high speed for 4 minutes / until the whip has thickened and formed fluffy peaks.
Tip: Lesser the water thicker the cream and vice verse
